Matthew Naqvi is a Melbourne writer, editor and learning designer. He has written for Melbourne Victory Football Club, Australian Fighting Championship (AFC) and Football Federation Victoria. His writing has been published in Offset, Fight! Australia, Inside MMA, The Footy Almanac, Tone Deaf, SYN, Little Raven, The Regal Fox, f5: Footscray in Transition, Veronica, and Stereo Stories. He has also been a writing group facilitator and mentor.
Matthew has given talks, lectures and workshops for several organisations including Melbourne Vixens, Victoria University, Williamstown Literary Festival, Stereo Stories, and Youth Projects.
Matthew currently works at RMIT University as a Learning Designer. He has previously worked as a learning designer at Deakin University and Monash University.
Matthew is also passionate about donating blood (15 donations and counting), Tough Guy Book Club, and parkrun.
